Syilx Language House proudly partnered with five fluent Elders for this 8th Volume of our annual book of recordings. This volume contains 16 hours of Elder narrative & 11 hours of immersion conversation between students and Elders for over 27 hours of Salish audio/video stories, čaptíkʷł, prayers, history, cultural knowledge and word lists, shared freely by our Elders so our communities may hear & learn our language for generations to come. Updated editions will follow.
