Syilx Language House partnered with five fluent Elders for this 9th Volume. This volume contains over 13 hours of Elder narrative & 3 hours of immersion conversation between students and Elders for nearly 17 hours of Salish stories, captíkʷł, prayers, history, cultural knowledge and word lists, shared freely by our Elders so our communities may hear & learn our language for generations to come. Updated editions will follow.
